SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the Luxe Car Wash team SMS notification program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
Luxe Car Wash sends operational text messages to team members who opt in. Messages may include shift reminders, task assignments, checklist and cleaning prompts, schedule updates, urgent operational alerts, and one-time verification codes. This program is for Luxe Car Wash team members only.
2. How to opt in
Team members opt in from within the Luxe Car Wash staff portal by entering their mobile number, agreeing to receive these messages, and confirming a one-time verification code sent to that number. Details are on our Team SMS Notifications page.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your schedule and assigned tasks.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Luxe Car Wash does not charge for these messages.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending SMS messages to your number. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again in the portal.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at office@luxecarwash.com.
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major U.S. carriers.
8. Privacy
Your mobile number and consent are used only to deliver these messages and are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
