• Employment information — role, assigned location, schedule, and assigned tasks, for team members who use our staff portal.
• Messages you send us — the content of contact forms or messages you submit.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate our car wash locations and coordinate our team’s work.
• Send operational SMS notifications to team members who have opted in (shift reminders, task assignments, checklist prompts, schedule updates, and urgent alerts).
• Send a one-time verification code to confirm a mobile number belongs to the person who entered it.
• Respond to questions and requests you send us.

Mobile information & SMS consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers collected for our team SMS program are used only to deliver the operational messages described in that program.

Text messages are delivered through a third-party messaging provider (Twilio) solely so that the messages can be sent to the intended recipient. This provider is contractually restricted from using the information for any purpose other than delivering our messages. Details of the messaging program, including how to opt in and out, are described on our Team SMS Notifications page and in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

Participation in the SMS program is optional and voluntary. A team member can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our website host, database provider, and SMS messaging provider), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. A team member may request that we update or delete their contact information by emailing us.

Your choices

• Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
